Nicholas Associates are seeking a Commercial Manager for their North West groundworks and civil engineering division. You will lead the commercial team across multiple projects, oversee budgets and profit targets, and manage client contracts, variations, and final accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering groundworks as a Managing Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager/Director.
• Proven track record leading a target-driven commercial team within groundworks or house building.
• Exceptional negotiation, leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent commercial acumen and strong financial and business skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the commercial team across multiple projects.
• Oversee all commercial and financial reporting, ensuring budgets and profit targets.
• Manage client relationships, including negotiation and agreement of contracts, variations, and final accounts.
• Support the Director with business development, client relationships and recruitment.
• Lead the commercial team in maximising the business's commercial performance.
• Deploy strategy, policy, culture and standards within the commercial team.
• Control costs and manage budgets.
• Support projects on commercial and supplier contracting aspects.
• Assist in work-winning and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.
