- Proven track record leading target-driven commercial teams.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the commercial team across multiple projects.
- Oversee all commercial and financial reporting within budget.
- Negotiate contracts, variations and final accounts with clients.
- Support the Director with BD, client relationships, and key recruitment.
- Lead the commercial team to maximise performance.
- Deploy strategy, policy, culture and standards throughout the team.
- Control costs and manage budgets.
- Support projects on commercial and supplier contracting aspects.
- Assist in in-work winning.
- Improve operational efficiency and identify business improvements.
- Manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
