Remote – UK

Base Up to 55,000+ OTE £100k

Key responsibilities:

• Sales strategy and operations: Review and implement structured sales strategies supporting performance, reproducible across the sales team as the business expands.
• Sales management: Deliver on sales KPIs related to activity, revenue, and account management.
• Product conception and delivery: Represent clients in discussions to enhance product performance.
• Direct sales: Lead sales campaigns personally.
• Client management: Oversee key accounts, ensure objectives are met, and manage rebook meetings.
• Commercial analysis: Analyze marketplaces, categorize companies, and research leads.
• Sales marketing: Collaborate with production, content, and marketing teams to develop sales strategies leveraging team intelligence.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 5+ years in a commercial role within B2B events/media, with high-value solution sales experience.
