Why join us?
We're constantly evolving, progressing and diversifying. And we want our people to do so too. For everyone to feel empowered, engaged and enabled. To create opportunities to move forward, climb higher and push for more.
About the role.
This is a new group-wide role to champion the commercial function as we continue to improve our ways of working through standardised processes. This role will primarily support significant transformation projects with high level change impacts for our business.
A key part of this role will be to become a proactive SAP Superuser. The right candidate is experienced and influential, with expert business process knowledge and experience within their business area. The contribution of Superusers will be crucial to our success. You will receive advanced training and become the SAP expert within the commercial function. You will also be part of a hypercare team, providing front-line assistance during go-live windows for SAP users in your function. Once the system is live, you will continue the role of a Superuser providing help and support to end users, ensuring they receive the right support or escalate issues through the appropriate channels. Over time you may be asked to support continuous improvement initiatives or future system upgrades.
More broadly, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful review and adoption of the standard Bakkavor processes and helping your colleagues understand and adjust to the new ways of working in your functional area. You will act as a key liaison between project teams and the business, providing critical support to colleagues and providing important feedback to various project teams.
Your key activities will be wide-reaching and varied, such as coordinating change activities with impacted functions, supporting business data activities, performing user testing in the new systems, reviewing and validating training materials, and engaging and communicating with impacted groups.
