The overall purpose of this role is to, with the Commercial Director and commercial team, protect the commercial and contractual interests of the business and ensure contracts are delivered within the commitment of the contract. Responsibilities include:

  1. Training & support of an enthusiastic commercial team
  2. Early dispute resolution / avoidance
  3. Assistance with problem projects
  4. Contractual guidance
  5. Liaising with pre-construction
  6. Promoting continuous improvement
  7. Maintaining / implementing systems and procedures
