Job summary

Olympus Recruitment is seeking a commercially focused Commercial Business Partner to join a growing multi-site operation. You will work with operational leaders to drive revenue, analyse performance and improve customer journeys.

This role requires strong commercial experience, stakeholder influencing skills and the ability to turn insight into action using CRM and Excel. You will develop action plans and collaborate across Commercial, Operations, Marketing and People teams.
