Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification required.

As Commercial Finance Manager, you'll be a trusted business partner to commercial stakeholders, providing financial insight, challenge and strategic support to help drive profitable growth.

You'll play a key role in shaping business plans, evaluating commercial opportunities, influencing decision making and ensuring the business delivers against ambitious financial targets. Working closely with senior commercial leaders, you'll have significant visibility and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Sales and Marketing teams to drive commercial performance and profitability.

We're looking for an ambitious finance professional who combines strong technical capability with excellent commercial acumen.

You will likely be:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Currently operating within commercial finance, business partnering, FP&A or decision support.
• Able to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively.
• Strong in financial modelling, analysis and translating data into actionable insight.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, consumer-focused environment.
• Naturally curious, proactive and commercially driven.
