Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong financial reporting and analytical capability.
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and proactive problem solving.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with performance measurement and business case prep.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close activities with accurate reporting.
• Prepare monthly management accounts with commentary on performance.
• Review recharge centres and overhead cost centres for cost visibility.
• Produce monthly workload summaries and management information.
• Manage weekly cash flow forecasting and reporting.
• Support quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and reviews.
• Analyze performance against budgets and forecasts; identify variances.
• Partner with commercial and operational teams to provide financial insight.
