Eventus Legal is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a growing litigation team in Hale, Cheshire. This full-time, permanent role requires a solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE and offers up to £70,000 dependent on experience, plus an annual bonus up to 10% of salary.

You will handle complex commercial disputes within an established team, with hybrid working available and a focus on client-focused service and practical, strategic advice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in England and Wales.
• Strong technical and procedural knowledge of commercial litigation.
• Ability to manage own caseload and advise on risk and costs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Organised with the resilience to handle a high-volume caseload.
• Collaborative with colleagues across commercial disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied commercial litigation caseload from instruction through to resolution.
• Advise clients on risk, prospects of success and potential costs exposure.
• Develop litigation strategies with a commercial, tactical approach to outcomes.
• Assist senior members on larger and more complex cases.
• Collaborate with colleagues across commercial property, corporate and finance teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and service.
