Executive Network Legal Ltd is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor in Manchester. You will handle contract claims, shareholder disputes, contentious insolvency and other areas of commercial litigation, leading on lower value claims and supporting high value matters with senior lawyers.

This role offers hybrid working, a salary up to £75,000 DOE, 25 days annual leave, pension schemes, healthcare plans and opportunities to participate in business development.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years PQE in commercial litigation or equivalent
• Strong technical knowledge with proactive client service
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead on lower value claims and support high-value matters with senior lawyers
• Manage client relationships and provide commercially aware advice
• Undertake JSMs/mediations and contribute to business development
• Collaborate with litigation team to achieve favourable outcomes
