Think Legal Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor for our client in Manchester. The role is with a national firm renowned for its commercial litigation offering, handling shareholder disputes, breach of contract, restrictive covenants, defamation, IP litigation and some international work for well-known brands and PLCs.

The successful candidate will take on greater responsibility, work with senior solicitors and partners on complex matters, and help build and develop client

Qualifications

• 1-5 PQE required in commercial litigation.
• Ability to manage cases with increasing responsibility.
• Experience handling matters for brands, PLCs, and on international work when required.

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility for managing cases and workflows.
• Work closely with senior solicitors and partners on complex matters.
• Develop and maintain client relationships for repeat business.

Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Manchester

A national firm, with a highly ranked commercial litigation offering, are looking for a commercial litigation solicitor to join the team.

The team act for a variety of well-known brands and large PLCs. Matters will include shareholder disputes, breach of contract, restrictive covenants and breach of director matters, involvement with defamation, IP litigation and some international commercial litigation work too. Sectors include retail, finance and sport.

There is a current gap in this team for a solicitor who is keen to take on more responsibility with managing cases, work closely with senior solicitors and partners on the complex matters and to build/developclient relationships.

If you are a commercial litigation solicitor (1-5 PQE) and keen to join a recognised commercial litigation team within a leading national firm.
