The role is with a national firm renowned for its commercial litigation offering, handling shareholder disputes, breach of contract, restrictive covenants, defamation, IP litigation and some international work for well-known brands and PLCs.

The successful candidate will take on greater responsibility, work with senior solicitors and partners on complex matters, and help build and develop client

Qualifications

• 1-5 PQE required in commercial litigation.
• Ability to manage cases with increasing responsibility.
• Experience handling matters for brands, PLCs, and on international work when required.

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility for managing cases and workflows.
• Work closely with senior solicitors and partners on complex matters.
• Develop and maintain client relationships for repeat business.
