Responsibilities

• Assist senior colleagues on high-value, multi-party and complex litigation.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, instructions to counsel and settlement documentation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports, advice notes and litigation strategies.
• Engage in pre-action correspondence, negotiations and ADR processes including mediation.
• Support clients with pragmatic, commercially minded advice, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.
• Attend hearings, conferences and client meetings alongside senior team members.
• Contribute to the team’s profile through articles, presentations, training and networking.
• Help develop and maintain long-term client relationships
