Job summary

Wickes is seeking a Commercial Manager to join our Commercial team, focusing on our kitchens and bathrooms installations business. You will own the pricing proposition and lead margin activities to drive sales and profitability.

You will manage the installation revenue and Trading P&L, lead monthly reviews, and collaborate with DCs, installers, and internal teams to ensure alignment with the commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing a Trading P&L.
• Proficiency with system setups and process mapping.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and revenue/lost revenue reporting capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and listening group facilitation skills with field teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Pricing Proposition for the Installations Model.
• Define and lead Pricing Proposition around Margin Activities to drive growth.
• Define and lead Installer Activity Pricing through Listening Groups.
• Own the Trading P&L, manage monthly updates and reviews.
• Maintain ownership of Installation Revenue and drive margin against budget.
