Are you looking for your next step in Commercial Management? We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Commercial team, focusing on our kitchens and bathrooms installations business.
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end commercial and pricing strategy for our installation model. This will include taking overall ownership of the pricing proposition, defining margin activities, and managing the Trading P&L. Working closely with internal stakeholders, installers, and design consultants will be key parts of the role. The goal is to drive sustainable growth, ensure SKU compliance, and optimise installation revenue and margin performance.
You’ll have extensive experience in commercial management, pricing propositions, and P&L reporting. As well as a strong commercial mindset, you'll have expertise in process mapping, margin control, and cross-functional leadership. Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management are also key for this role.
You’ll be experienced in a commercial, pricing, or trading management role with proven ability in owning P&Ls, defining pricing propositions, and building process maps. As well as this you’ll:
