Qualifications

• Experience in a Commercial Manager or senior leadership role.
• Strong commercial and contractual expertise.
• Experience coaching Surveyors and developing talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial performance of a portfolio of capital works contracts.
• Develop and mentor Surveyors to build a high-performing team.
• Provide commercial insight to drive decision-making and manage risk.
• Partner with operational teams to deliver outcomes for customers.
