Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial performance of a portfolio of Capital works contracts and to coach a team of Surveyors. You will partner with operational leaders to balance commercial excellence with people development and strong relationships.

The role emphasizes influencing, collaboration and delivering outcomes for customers and communities within a people-first business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor or similar commercial leadership role.
• Strong commercial and contractual expertise, with a keen eye for detail and performance.
• Track record of coaching, mentoring and developing Surveyors and commercial talent.
• Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders and drive positive outcomes.
• Collaborative, people-first leadership style.

As our Capital Product continues to grow across the South East, we're looking for a commercially driven leader to help shape our future success.

You’ll lead the commercial performance of a portfolio of planned investment and refurbishment contracts while coaching and developing a team of Surveyors. Working closely with operational leaders and customers, you’ll create the right balance between commercial excellence, strong relationships and people development.
