Ian Williams is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial performance across a portfolio of capital works contracts, while coaching a team of Surveyors and collaborating with operational leaders to deliver strong outcomes for customers and communities.
The role requires robust commercial and contractual expertise, a people-first leadership style and a track record of developing talent within a construction or property services setting.
Formación
- Experience in a Commercial Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong commercial and contractual expertise with keen eye for detail.
- Track record of coaching, mentoring and developing Surveyors and commercial talent.
- Experience within social housing, refurbishment, construction, property services or a related sector would be advantageous.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the commercial performance of a portfolio of Capital works contracts.
- Develop and mentor Surveyors, building a high-performing commercial team for the future.
- Provide commercial insight to drive successful decision-making, manage risk and maximise opportunities.
- Partner with operational teams to deliver excellent outcomes for our customers and communities.
- Build trusted relationships with customers, stakeholders and supply chain partners.
- Champion continuous improvement and help shape the future growth of our commercial function.
