Job summary

Ian Williams is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial performance across a portfolio of capital works contracts, while coaching a team of Surveyors and collaborating with operational leaders to deliver strong outcomes for customers and communities.

The role requires robust commercial and contractual expertise, a people-first leadership style and a track record of developing talent within a construction or property services setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Commercial Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong commercial and contractual expertise with keen eye for detail.
• Track record of coaching, mentoring and developing Surveyors and commercial talent.
• Experience within social housing, refurbishment, construction, property services or a related sector would be advantageous.

As our Capital Product continues to grow across the South East, we're looking for a commercially driven leader to help shape our future success.

You'll lead the commercial performance of a portfolio of planned investment and refurbishment contracts while coaching and developing a team of Surveyors. Working closely with operational leaders and customers, you'll create the right balance between commercial excellence, strong relationships and people development.

• A collaborative, people-first approach to leadership.
