Job summary

Kier is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function for Sizewell C framework projects. You will provide contract expertise, governance and strong cost control across project teams, subcontractors and supply chain.

The role requires disciplined commercial leadership, robust reporting, risk management, and the ability to coordinate procurement and change control in a complex civil engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with complex civil infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and commercial processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial function for Sizewell C framework projects.
• Provide contract expertise and governance across teams and supply chain.
• Administer NEC contract requirements and payment mechanisms.
• Manage cost capture, forecasting and CVR reporting.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontract management and change control.
