Kier Group in Suffolk is recruiting a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function for the Sizewell C Major Civils Framework. You’ll provide contract expertise, governance and robust commercial controls across current and future task orders.
Responsibilities include leading the commercial team, administering NEC contract requirements, cost forecasting and cashflow management, plus high‑level reporting to protect Kier’s position while working with clients and supply chain partners.

Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Kier has been appointed as a delivery partner on the Sizewell C Major Civils Framework, supporting one of the UK's most strategically important low-carbon energy programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the commercial function across framework activities, providing visible leadership, contract expertise and commercial governance. You'll work within a collaborative environment on nationally significant nuclear infrastructure, major roads and complex civils delivery, helping to establish commercial controls and contractual arrangements for current and future projects.
