You will develop broker strategies, engage with markets, and ensure underwriting discipline while pursuing growth and portfolio quality.

Qualifications

• Considerable experience in Commercial Lines underwriting with broker trading.
• Proven people leadership and ability to manage high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop broker strategies and business plans to drive growth and portfolio performance.
• Lead broker engagement to build market relationships and deliver compelling propositions.
• Drive team engagement, capability development, and performance management to sustain underwriting excellence.
• Ensure policy and regulatory compliance and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Resolve complex trading and underwriting issues and escalate strategic matters as needed.
• Influence stakeholders with commercial insight and data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain consistent operating rhythm across Regions and share insights with peers.
