Commercial Insurance Account Handler

Salary: Up to £35,000

Type: Permanent

Location: Office based in Kidderminster

Your role:

Working for one of the largest Commercial insurance brokers in the UK, you will handle SME and Commercial accounts, primarily focusing on renewals and mid-term adjustments (MTAs) across all lines of Commercial insurance.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Managing renewals and MTAs for SME and Commercial insurance accounts.
2. Collaborating closely with Account Executives on larger cases.
3. Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximize retention.
4. Ensuring all documentation and systems are accurate and up-to-date.
5. Liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Having experience within a Commercial Account Handler role.
7. Desirable: CII qualification.
8. Desirable: Experience using Acturis.
