Brown & Brown Insurance in Warrington is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to manage a book of commercial clients and build strong relationships with clients and insurers.

You will handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and quotations, grow new business, and work with internal/external stakeholders in a compliant, timely manner.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in commercial insurance with exposure to Property, Liability, Fleet, PI, D&O, Motor Trade, Cyber and Commercial Combined.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels and proficiency with Word, Excel and broking platforms.
• Experience handling customer inquiries by phone, in person and email.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries and quotations for additional products.
• Managing a book of Commercial Clients.
• Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximise retention levels.
• Growth with New Business.
• Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases.
• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
