You will manage an existing portfolio, seek new opportunities, and work onsite, Monday to Friday, with a salary up to £50,000. The firm supports professional qualifications and career progression.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Personal Lines or Commercial Insurance.
• Proven track record in a target-driven sales environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients, acting as their trusted point of contact.
• Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through networking, warm leads, and market research to consistently hit revenue targets.
• Account Growth: Proactively manage an existing portfolio, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue and maximise client retention.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct client meetings to deeply understand their business objectives and deliver tailored, comprehensive risk solutions.
