Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Personal Lines or Commercial Insurance is desirable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in a target-driven sales environment.
• GCSE Maths and English Grade 4/C or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients as their trusted contact.
• Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities to hit revenue targets.
• Proactively manage an existing portfolio to upsell and cross-sell and maximise client retention.
• Conduct client meetings to understand business objectives and deliver tailored risk solutions.
