Job summary

Cowell Recruitment are assisting our client in Exeter to recruit a Commercial Account Executive. You will manage a portfolio of commercial and personal lines clients, deliver outstanding service and build lasting relationships.

As a key contact for clients, you will work with internal stakeholders and the Branch Manager to meet objectives, review documents for accuracy, and support renewal retention with FCA compliance. Onsite role with training and progression included.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing client documentation for accuracy.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support renewal retention and FCA compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial/personal lines clients and provide outstanding service.
• Build rapport with clients ranging from sole traders to MD/CEO levels.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to achieve objectives and meet FCA standards.
• Assist Commercial Account Executives and support data/document processing.
