Cowell Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Account Executive based in Bournemouth for an onsite role with standard hours from 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. Salary ranges £33k–£50k with negotiation on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing client documentation to support quoting.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts to meet expectations and compliance.
• Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn and progress in Commercial Account Handler role.
• Ability to process data accurately on relevant systems to support client service and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial/personal lines clients and provide outstanding service.
• Build rapport with new and existing clients from sole traders to senior executives.
• Support renewal retention targets while meeting FCA requirements.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to achieve objectives and growth.
