Addingstone is seeking an ambitious Commercial Account Executive to join the Walsall team. You will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and negotiate with insurers to secure best policy terms.

The role requires technical insurance knowledge and a drive to contribute to growth. The position offers 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, a car allowance, life insurance, private medical and dental, free on-site parking, a performance-related bonus, and clear progression

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience.
• Passionate and highly driven to be successful.
• Proven progression in previous roles.
• Acturis experience is a plus (Beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads and cross-sale opportunities.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide technical insurance advice when required.
• Negotiate with insurers for best policy terms.
• Maintain FCA-aligned solutions and company standards.
• Support overall company growth.
