Addingstone Insurance Solutions Ltd, an award-winning Commercial and Property insurance broker, seeks an Account Executive to join our Fareham team to win new business and nurture existing clients.

You will identify leads, develop relationships with clients, provide technical advice, and negotiate policy terms with insurers, while upholding FCA standards and contributing to growth. On-site parking and gym access are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience.
• Passionate and driven to succeed; proven progression in prior roles.

We are looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our team in Fareham, Hampshire to seek new business opportunities, and develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.

THE ROLE / DAY TO DAY:

• Identify and generate new business lead and cross-sale opportunities
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients
• Utilise existing knowledge and expertise, providing technical advice where required
• Negotiate with insurers on best policy terms for clients
• Maintain company standards in quality of solutions provided to clients, in line with FCA requirements
• Contribute to and support the overall company growth
