The position emphasizes relationship-building, meticulous document handling, and collaboration with internal and external teams to meet client expectations and ensure high renewal rates.

Qualifications

• Background in insurance (Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, or Broking experience as an Account Handler / Broker / Executive).
• Strong willingness to learn and a drive to progress your career into a full-scale Account Executive role.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and strong administrative/data-processing capabilities.
• Right to work full‑time in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing clients, delivering exceptional service.
• Manage documentation with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy during the quoting process.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager and wider team to achieve business objectives and high renewal retention rates.
• Process data promptly and accurately on internal systems, ensuring full compliance with FCA standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external insurers to meet client expectations.
