Cowell Recruitment are delighted to assist in finding a Commercial Account Executive based in Loughborough. This onsite, full-time role offers a competitive salary and a clear path to progress within a well-established firm that supports ongoing training and development.

You will manage a portfolio of commercial and/or personal lines clients, building lasting relationships and delivering high-quality service to meet FCA requirements.

Formación

• Experience managing a portfolio of commercial and/or personal lines clients.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing client documentation for quotes.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts.
• Willingness to learn and pursue professional qualifications (e.g., Cert CII).
• Ability to process data accurately on systems to support client service and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of commercial and/or personal lines clients, delivering outstanding service.
• Build rapport with new and existing clients and work with Branch Manager to meet objectives.
• Support renewal retention and meet FCA requirements.
• Accurately process data on relevant systems to support service and analysis.
