Qualifications

• Meticulous reviewing of client documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts.
• Support renewal retention while ensuring FCA compliance and high service levels.
• Willingness to learn and progress within the Commercial Account Executive role.
• Promptly and accurately process data on relevant systems to support client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial and/or personal lines clients and provide outstanding service.
• Be the main point of contact for clients, building lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to achieve objectives and drive growth.
