Head Hunted Recruitment Services Ltd in Norwich seeks an energetic Commercial Manager to own commercial growth, business development and revenue generation across bespoke engineered products. You will lead pricing, supplier relations and cross-functional alignment with production, delivering rapid quotations and end-to-end order fulfilment while developing the team.

Formación

• Proven commercial & financial acumen — ownership of top-line growth and bottom-line protection.
• SME manufacturing / engineering background — experience in technical manufacturing or industrial distribution.

Responsabilidades

• Enquiries - Own the inbound enquiry pipeline end to end, with rapid quoting.
• Orders - Manage the order book and on-time delivery for every job entering production.
• Support Tickets - Handle customer service and after-sales queries and resolve issues.
• Supplier Management - Lead raw material purchasing, supplier negotiations, lead times and COGS control.
• Financials - Own P&L, pricing strategy, management accounts and cash flow.
• Operational Alignment - Align sales pipeline with capacity and production scheduling, integrate acquisitions.
