This position is for an Operations Manager in HVAC, focusing on temporary equipment within the commercial hire sector.

Salary: Basic salary of £55,000, with an excellent benefits package.

Location: South of England, primarily field-based within the M25 and including the Home Counties down to Portsmouth.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee HVAC rental operations across the South of England. The role involves managing a team of service engineers and supervisors.

The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, hold relevant commercial ACS qualifications, and have experience managing teams and client relationships.

The Role: To oversee engineers and serve as the company's representative for client communications, proactively managing HVAC operations including:

• Combustion / Gas
• HVAC

Qualifications: Commercial ACS Qualifications are essential.

Package: Salary up to £60,000 for the right candidate, company vehicle with fuel card, bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, and other benefits.
