Job summary

Hunter Selection is recruiting a Commercial Gas/HVAC Engineer to cover sites around Lancashire. You will work on boilers, AHUs, pumps and ventilation systems performing PPMs and reactive maintenance, with a focus on reliability and customer relationships.

The role offers a salary of £47,888, 42.5 hours per week, and an on-call rota to be discussed at interview. You will receive industry‑leading training with excellent opportunities for progression within a globally trusted FM company.

Qualifications

• Essential: ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications
• Essential: NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical/HVAC
• Desirable: F Gas Cat 1
• Desirable: 18th Edition

Commercial Gas/HVAC Engineer

Location: Lancashire

Salary: £47,888

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the worlds most trusted FM companies, with an exceedingly good reputation within the industry. My client are looking for those with a strong commercial gas background, working on a variety of equipment from boilers, AHU's, pumps and motors. The chosen engineer will be responsible for looking after a number of sites around Lancashire and surroundings, building great relationships whilst performing reactive work and PPM's. You will be provided with industry leading training, with fantastic opportunities to progress within the company.
