Job summary

2i Recruit Ltd. is seeking a commercially focused finance professional to drive management accounting, forecasting and business partnering across the organisation. You will support senior leadership with key profitability and growth decisions in a fast-growing business.

The role covers monthly accounts, commercial analysis, budgeting and board reporting, with exposure to senior leadership, a clear progression path and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (full or part-qualified).
• Experience in management accounting or business partnering.
• Strong forecasting, modelling, and analytics.
• Proven ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience in growing businesses.
• Experience with profitability and pricing analysis.
• Exposure to finance, CRM or timesheet systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts and commercial reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce monthly management accounts and commercial reporting
• Analyse profitability, margins, KPIs, and business performance
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Provide insight to support strategic and commercial decisions
• Prepare board reporting packs and present findings to stakeholders
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital performance
• Oversee VAT returns, audits, and financial controls
• Improve reporting, systems, automation, and business processes

Experience Required:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified
• Background in management accounting, commercial finance, or business partnering
• Strong forecasting, modelling, and analytical skills
• Ability to translate financial data into commercial recommendations
