You’ll partner with senior leaders, deliver monthly accounts and KPI reporting, and own the financial planning cycle while strengthening controls and balance sheet integrity.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification required.
• Experience as a Financial Controller, Commercial Finance Manager or Finance Business Partner.
• Strong management accounting and reporting experience.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
• Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in business performance.
• Experience building reporting frameworks, KPIs and management information.
• Proactive approach and thrive in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Production of weekly KPI, trading and performance reports.
• Business partnering with senior stakeholders to support commercial decision-making.
• Analysis of business performance, profitability and growth opportunities.
• Development of dashboards and management information to support operational performance.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Maintaining strong controls, reconciliations and balance sheet integrity.
• Revenue recognition and financial analysis.
• Managing and developing a direct report.
• Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes and reporting.
