Are you a finance professional ready to step into a strategic, visible, and influential role?

We are seeking a commercially astute, financially literate, and proactive analyst to drive automation, financial planning, and commercial insight across multiple business functions. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll transform raw financial data into actionable insights and introduce AI-driven processes to improve spend management, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to provide a strategic view of departmental spend across HR, IT, Tech, Operations, and Product.
• Analyze financial data from sources like Sage, Oracle, SAP, and transform it into dynamic reports and dashboards.
• Lead the design and implementation of automation and AI tools to streamline invoice approvals, reporting, and budgeting.
• Identify opportunities for smarter procurement, outsourcing, or renegotiation to reduce costs.
• Work on forecasting, planning, and scenario modeling, including pricing and vendor strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance and Retail Directors to align reporting standards.
• Assist with payment and billing system implementation, especially for corporate clients using RVS services.
• Introduce best practices in commercial operations, preferably with experience from a vendor/seller perspective.

Position Details: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours/week)

Minimum Experience & Skills

• Experience in commercial finance, operations, or transformation. Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent experience with strong financial fluency.
• Advanced Excel skills, including automation of data handling and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Power BI AI visuals, CoPilot, or automation platforms.
• Self-starter with high initiative and comfort challenging existing processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with staff and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading finance environments through modernization and automation.
• Commercial mindset with confidence in pricing, scenario modeling, and investment analysis.
