Are you a finance professional ready to step into a strategic, visible, and influential role?

We are seeking a commercially astute, financially literate, and proactive analyst to drive automation, financial planning, and commercial insights across multiple business functions. Working closely with senior leadership, you will transform raw financial data into actionable insights and introduce AI-driven processes to enhance spend management, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to provide a strategic view of departmental spend across HR, IT, Tech, Operations, and Product.
• Analyse financial data from sources like Sage, Oracle, SAP, and create dynamic reports and dashboards.
• Lead the design and implementation of automation and AI tools for invoice approvals, reporting, and budgeting.
• Identify opportunities for smarter procurement, outsourcing, or renegotiation to reduce costs.
• Assist with forecasting, planning, and scenario modelling, including pricing and vendor strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance and Retail Directors to standardize reporting.
• Support the implementation of payment and billing systems, especially for corporate clients using RVS services.
• Introduce best practices in commercial operations, ideally with vendor/seller experience.

Position Details

• Permanent, Full-time (35 hours/week)
• Experience in commercial finance, operations, or transformation; qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or experienced financial professional.
• Advanced Excel skills, including automation and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Power BI AI visuals, CoPilot, or automation platforms.
• Self-starter with initiative and challenge-ready attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with staff and stakeholders.
• Experience leading finance modernization and automation projects.
• Commercial mindset with pricing, scenario modelling, and investment thinking.
