Are you a finance professional ready to take on a strategic, visible, and influential role?

We are seeking a commercially astute, financially literate, and proactive analyst to drive automation, financial planning, and commercial insights across multiple business functions. Working closely with senior leadership, you will transform raw financial data into actionable insights and implement AI-driven processes to enhance spend management, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the COO to provide a strategic view of departmental spend across HR, IT, Tech, Operations, and Product.
• Analyze financial data from sources like Sage, Oracle, SAP, and create dynamic reports and dashboards.
• Lead the design and deployment of automation and AI tools to streamline invoice approvals, reporting, and budgeting.
• Identify opportunities for smarter procurement, outsourcing, or contract renegotiation to reduce costs.
• Engage in forecasting, planning, and scenario modeling, including pricing strategies and vendor management.
• Collaborate with the Finance Director and Retail Director to standardize reporting practices.
• Assist in implementing payment and billing systems, especially for corporate clients using RVS services.
• Introduce best practices in commercial operations, ideally with vendor/seller experience.

Position Details:

• Permanent, full-time (35 hours/week)

Required Experience and Skills:

• Experience in commercial finance, operations, or transformation; qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent experience with strong financial literacy.
• Advanced Excel skills, including automation and data analysis.
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Power BI AI visuals, CoPilot, or automation platforms.
• Self-motivated with initiative and willingness to challenge existing processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with staff and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading finance modernization and automation initiatives.
• Commercial mindset with skills in pricing, scenario modeling, and strategic investment analysis.
