Are you a finance professional ready to take on a strategic, visible, and influential role?

We are seeking a commercially astute, financially literate, and proactive analyst to drive automation, financial planning, and commercial insight across multiple business functions. Working closely with senior leadership, you will transform raw financial data into actionable insights and introduce AI-driven processes to enhance spend management, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to provide a strategic view of departmental spend across HR, IT, Tech, Operations, and Product.
• Analyze financial data from sources like Sage, Oracle, SAP, and create dynamic reports and dashboards.
• Lead the design and implementation of automation and AI tools to streamline invoice approvals, reporting, and budgeting.
• Identify opportunities for smarter procurement, outsourcing, or renegotiation to reduce costs.
• Work on forecasting, planning, and scenario modeling, including pricing and vendor strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance and Retail Directors to align reporting standards.
• Assist with implementing payment and billing systems, especially for corporate clients using RVS services.
• Introduce best practices in commercial operations, preferably with vendor/seller experience.

Position Details: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours/week)

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in commercial finance, operations, or transformation; qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent experience with financial expertise.
• Advanced Excel skills, especially in automating data analysis processes.
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Power BI AI visuals, CoPilot, or automation platforms.
• Self-starter with initiative and comfort challenging existing processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with staff and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading finance automation and modernization projects.
• Commercial mindset with skills in pricing, scenario modeling, and strategic investment thinking.
