Are you a finance professional ready to take on a strategic, visible, and influential role?

We are seeking a commercially astute, financially literate, and proactive analyst to drive automation, financial planning, and commercial insights across multiple business functions. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll transform raw financial data into actionable insights and introduce AI-driven processes to enhance spend management, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to provide a strategic view of departmental spend across HR, IT, Tech, Operations, and Product.
• Analyze financial data from sources like Sage, Oracle, SAP, and create dynamic reports and dashboards.
• Lead automation and AI tool implementation to streamline invoice approvals, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Identify opportunities for smarter procurement, outsourcing, or contract renegotiation to reduce costs.
• Work on forecasting, planning, and scenario modeling, including pricing and vendor strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance and Retail Directors to align reporting standards.
• Assist with payment and billing system implementation, especially for corporate clients using RVS services.
• Introduce best practices in commercial operations, preferably with vendor/seller experience.

Position Details: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours/week)

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in commercial finance, operations, or transformation; qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent experience with strong financial fluency.
• Advanced Excel skills, especially automation of data handling and analysis.
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Power BI AI visuals, CoPilot, or automation platforms.
• Self-starter with high initiative and challenge-ready attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with staff and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading finance modernization and automation initiatives.
• Commercial mindset with pricing, scenario modeling, and investment thinking skills.
