Are you a finance professional ready to take on a strategic, visible, and influential role?

We are seeking a commercially astute, financially literate, and highly proactive analyst to drive automation, financial planning, and commercial insight across multiple business functions. Working closely with senior leadership, you will transform raw financial data into actionable insights and implement AI-driven processes to enhance spend management, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to provide a strategic view of departmental spend across HR, IT, Tech, Operations, and Product.
• Analyze financial data from sources like Sage, Oracle, and SAP exports, transforming them into dynamic reports and dashboards.
• Lead the development and implementation of automation and AI tools to streamline invoice approvals, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Identify opportunities for smarter procurement, outsourcing, or contract renegotiation to reduce costs.
• Engage in forecasting, planning, and scenario modeling, including pricing strategies and vendor management.
• Collaborate with the Finance Director and Retail Director to standardize reporting practices.
• Assist with the deployment of payment and billing systems, especially for corporate clients using RVS services.
• Introduce best practices in commercial operations, ideally with vendor or seller experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in commercial finance, operations, or transformation; qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent experience with strong financial fluency.
• Advanced Excel skills, including automation of data handling and analysis.
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Power BI AI visuals, CoPilot, or similar automation platforms.
• Self-starter with high initiative; comfortable challenging current processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills; confident in engaging with staff and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading finance modernization and automation initiatives.
• Commercial mindset with experience in pricing, scenario modeling, and investment analysis.
