Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Nuneaton seeks a Finance Analyst to partner with Finance Business Partners and commercial teams. You’ll analyse performance, provide insights, and support month-end close while engaging with budgeting and forecasting.

You’ll bring strong Excel skills, experience in finance, and exposure to Power BI or SQL; retail finance experience is advantageous. Hybrid 2-days in-office with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• You’ll have experience as a Finance Analyst, Management Accountant, or similar with strong month-end grounding.
• You’re confident with Excel, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS and lookups.
• Experience in Retail or Commercial Finance is useful; progress toward professional qualifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse performance against budget, forecast and prior year; identify drivers.
• Turn financial data into actionable insight for decision-makers.
• Support weekly/monthly reporting and month-end close.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling.
• Prepare analyses for commercial decisions and investment cases.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and non-finance teams.
• Identify opportunities to simplify reporting and processes.
