Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis in a senior finance leadership role based in Nuneaton. The role oversees group budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, shaping how FP&A operates and interacts with the CFO, executive team and board.

You will lead a team of about 10 professionals, drive improvements in planning, reporting and analytics, and ensure finance spends time analyzing data to influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Led FP&A in a complex, multi-site business with group-wide planning and reporting.
• Comfortable challenging senior leaders and simplifying complexity.
• Able to link financial data to decision-making and action.

Responsibilities

• Own Group budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning end to end.
• Provide clear performance narratives across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Orchestrate reporting to CFO, Exec Team and Board with quality insights.
• Identify drivers, risks and opportunities and drive actions.
• Partner with CFO with independent insight and challenge.
