About the Role
KIMS Hospital, the largest independent hospital in Kent, is looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst Assistant to support the delivery of insightful, accurate, and timely financial and activity data across the group, including LycaHealth Canary Wharf, LycaHealth Orpington, and Orpington Endoscopy Solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to support our Commercial Finance team in a varied and fast-paced role. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, playing a key part in maintaining data integrity, supporting reporting processes, and contributing to decision-making across the organization.
Role Responsibilities
Assist in producing, analyzing, and submitting activity and revenue data, ensuring all reporting deadlines are met. Support various commercial finance processes including month-end reporting, data maintenance, and preparing business cases.
Collaborate with the Commercial Finance Manager and Analyst to keep data repositories and lookups accurate and current. Assist with ad-hoc data/reporting requests, support internal systems like InPhase, and contribute to external submissions such as NHS and PHIN.
Support colleagues across the team, especially during peak periods and when covering leave, adopting a collaborative approach.
What We’re Looking For
Motivated, detail-oriented individual with confidence in using Microsoft Excel, emphasizing accuracy and presentation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships internally and externally.
