Job summary
Energy Jobline ZR in Basingstoke and surrounding areas is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join a growing FM team. You will perform planned preventative maintenance, attend reactive maintenance across commercial office buildings, and handle fault finding and testing.
The role offers a £45,000–£50,000 basic salary, a company van, uniform provided and ample overtime opportunities with an on-call rota. A full UK driving licence is required and 29 days’ holiday plus pension are included.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified Electrician (Level 3 or equivalent).
- 18th Edition electrical qualification.
- Experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
- Comfortable with both electrical and fabric maintenance.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
- Attend reactive maintenance across commercial office buildings.
- Electrical fault finding, repairs and testing.
- General building fabric maintenance alongside electrical duties.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures.
- Complete maintenance reports using handheld technology.
