Job summary

HVAC Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Engineer to maintain and fault-find across commercial office buildings in the Basingstoke area. The role blends electrical maintenance with general building fabric work, with guaranteed overtime and a trade-specific company van.

You must be a fully qualified Electrician (Level 3 or equivalent), ideally with 18th Edition, and hold a full UK driving licence. The position offers a 40-hour week and opportunities to progress within a growing FM business.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or equivalent).
• 18th Edition preferred.
• Experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
• Attend reactive maintenance across commercial office buildings.
• Electrical fault finding, repairs and testing.
• General building fabric maintenance alongside electrical duties.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures.
• Complete maintenance reports using handheld technology.
