Job summary

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Experience in a commercial or facilities management environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Fault finding and diagnostics across building services equipment.
• Complete statutory compliance testing and inspections.
• Log works via the CAFM system and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with site teams and occupiers to deliver a high standard of service.
